Here is a simple recipe for Falukorv (Falu sausage) cooked in an air fryer along with potatoes, carrots, and red onion to create a quick hash. This version is relatively low in fat, so if you want to increase the fat content, you can add a little butter. My air fryer has a rack at the bottom, so I usually add any extra fat once everything is cooked and I’ve transferred the hash to a bowl or serving dish.
I find this an interesting way to make a hash because the cooking process is largely hands-off. You simply need to prep the ingredients - which is quick - and then shake the air fryer basket a few times. The only thing to keep in mind is that cooking times can vary between different air fryer models, so you might need to make slight adjustments.
